The short version
This site collects personal data in exactly two places: the contact form and the checkout form. There is no third-party analytics, no advertising pixel, and no data is sold or exchanged with anyone.
Data collected through the contact form
When you send a message from the Contact page, the following is transmitted to this site's server:
- The name you enter
- Your email address
- Your mobile number, if you provide one (the field is optional)
- The topic you select and the body of your message
- Your IP address, used solely to limit how many submissions arrive in a given period
Checkout data
What you type into the checkout form — name, email, mobile number, address, and notes — is saved in your own browser's local storage so the form is not lost if the page reloads.
In this demonstration build that data is not sent to any server and is not passed to a payment provider or a courier. It disappears when you clear the site's storage through your browser settings.
Purpose and basis for processing
Contact data is processed for one purpose: replying to the question you sent. Checkout data is processed to prepare your order. We do not use either to build profiles, target advertising, or make automated decisions.
Storage and retention
Incoming contact messages are recorded in the site's server log. Those logs are kept only as long as they are needed to follow up your enquiry, and are deleted afterwards. Data held in your browser is entirely under your control and can be removed at any time.
Sharing with third parties
No personal data is currently shared with any third party. If we later enable a payment provider, a courier service, or an email delivery service, this document will be updated to name that provider before the service is put into use.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections where something is wrong, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the Contact page and we will respond within working days.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. The contact form is rate-limited and filtered to reduce abuse. That said, no system is entirely immune, so we recommend not sending sensitive information through the form.
Minors
This site is intended for adult buyers and is not designed to collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Changes with significant impact will also be flagged on the Compliance page.
