Service status
This demonstration build has no courier integration. The rates and estimates shown at checkout are example figures used to demonstrate the ordering flow, not rates that apply.
Preparation time
Fabric is cut once the order is confirmed. Preparation is planned at 1–2 working days for orders under 20 metres, and up to 4 working days for larger orders or those needing a single continuous length. This is separate from courier transit time.
Shipping services
Three options are planned at checkout:
- Standard — regular intercity courier, estimated 2–5 working days
- Freight — more economical for large orders, estimated 4–9 working days
- Collect in person — picked up on site once the order is confirmed
Free shipping
Orders totalling 10 metres or more qualify for free shipping on the Standard service. The threshold is calculated from the combined length of all fabric in one order, not per fabric type.
Delivery estimates
Estimates are given in working days and exclude public holidays. They come from the courier and are outside our control; delays from weather, network congestion, or an incomplete address can occur.
Delivery address
Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct before completing the order. Orders that fail to deliver because of an incomplete address and have to be resent will incur an additional shipping charge.
Packaging
Fabric is rolled, wrapped in a protective layer, and packed in water-resistant packaging. For fabrics with metallic thread such as songket and tapis, we plan to ship rolled so the thread does not break along fold lines.
Damage in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us within 3 working days of delivery. See the Returns & Exchanges page for what happens next.
